Easy Numbering Icon Tutorial of Six-Up and Eight-Up Layouts
Six-Up Tutorial

After placing your 6-up image, you will need to set up 6 Positions for numbering. 12 if you are putting 2 sets of the same numbers on each ticket (see example below).

This first layout is the set up for 6-Up Tickets and with the ending quantity of 600 tickets.

Position 1 - 000001 (add 0)
Position 2 - 000101 (add 100)
Position 3 - 000201 (add 200)
Position 4 - 000301 (add 300)
Position 5 - 000401 (add 400)
Position 6 - 000501 (add 500)

Starting number set to 1
Ending number set to 100 (for position 1)
Increments 1
Copies 1

With these settings you end up with 100 sheets of tickets printed 6 up. When you cut the 6 tickets apart you will have 6 stacks of 100 tickets in ascending order.

Eight-Up Tutorial

After placing your 8-Up image, you will need to set up 8 Positions for numbering. 16 if you are putting 2 sets of the same numbers on each ticket (see example below).

This first layout is the set up for 6-Up Tickets and with the ending quantity of 1000 tickets.

Position 1 - 000001 (add 0)
Position 2 - 000126 (add 125)
Position 3 - 000251 (add 250)
Position 4 - 000376 (add 375)
Position 5 - 000501 (add 500)
Position 6 - 000626 (add 625)
Position 7 - 000751 (add 750)
Position 8 - 000876 (add 875)

Starting number set to 1
Ending number set to 125 (for position 1)
Increments 1
Copies 1

With these settings you end up with 125 sheets of tickets printed 8 up. When you cut the 8 tickets apart you will have 8 stacks of 125 tickets in ascending order.

The idea behind this is that each page will have a "base" number.
The "base" number is determined by the information in the bottom-left corner of the window.
Each position can set its own value relative to the "base" number by changing its 'add' value
